  Microsurgery for Skull Base Meningioma

This 45 year old homemaker had severe episodes of headache for some months. She was diagnosed with a mid cranial base Meningioma. A DSA was done and preoperative Embolisation done with PVA . Following which she underwent a conventional Cranitomy and microsurgical excision (Simpson Gradeii) without any neurological deficit.
